Friday was annoying. I worked opening shift which I apparently was supposed to do the day before instead, but I was told the wrong day by the owners. Oh well. After work I walked home (in the sun), got home and called up a few Optus stores, found what may possibly be the last Optus 16GB Black iPhone in the area, walked back into Springwood, caught the train down to Penrith (stuck in sun next to a bunch of school kids), went to the store only to be told I needed 3 forms of ID as of recently. I had two on me, and the only third form I could think of was my medicare card which as far as I knew was in Prague...

After some searching and calling in the hour I had to wait for a train home, I discovered that I was still on Dad's medicare card and that Cassie would take me up the mountains to retrieve it the next day, however on the way home I received a message from Mum telling me that the card was in fact at home. /facepalm. I returned home and did some stuff, played some WoW, then took a break and had dinner. Then Jess came on Facebook and told me off for switching characters on WoW everytime she tried to talk to me and I was just like "uh... I'm not on WoW". At first I just assumed it was Chris or Tarn, but I figured I'd check just in case. Invalid login. Fuck. I then noticed an email from Blizzard notifying me that my account had been merged with a battle.net account that sure as hell wasn't mine. I emailed Blizzard, and Jess, Bush and Tarn kept tabs on the guy on my account as he sold all my stuff, left my guild and joined a temp guild to transfer my valuables, and so on... I have since emailed Blizzard again in complaint, not just of the incident but of their inaction. I am yet to hear back from them even once. I am muchos pissed. All this while I was feeling rather sick. What a fucking shit day.

So the next day [info]miwwiw took me into Penrith to get my iPhone that they said they'd hold for me until the afternoon... and apparently I didn't meet the credit check. Just... what? So then we went to Auburn to pick up Trystan's new laptop, went back to my dad's and I took apart his old, melty laptop and pulled out the 2 hard drives and the RAM. At least that went well and they seem to be in good condition.

Spent my time since being rather bored with no WoW to pass the time, and no iPhone to amuse/please/keep me busy. I have watched many DVDs just to give me some kind of entertainment but I'm really running low, gonna have to start borrowing them from work. Worked yesterday morning (correct shift this time) and learnt how to open. Apparently as of Friday I'm no longer a 'Trainee' and I have at least 1 closing shift and next week I have to open twice on my own, apparently I even get my own keys. After work I organised our trip to Melbourne. Chris and I are flying down on the morning Friday the 18th and return on the evening of the 20th. Managed to use mum's frequent flier points to get free tickets on the trip down, so we just have to pay for the return flight which I managed to get a pretty good deal on. Should be meeting up with Fink for lunch on the Friday, and Zeddy at some point possibly also on the Friday, before Daz picks us up and we go out to his new shiny house in Bendigo. Should be a good time for all.

At the moment I am tremendously bored. I was so bored I just redesigned my twitter page, which I don't even use cause I do all my twittering through an external application... Oh well. I suppose I should do some FS work since I have some spare time, but nothing is really hitting me... might look into it soon though anyway.

Time passed again. Had a reasonably busy week though, so at least I have an excuse for once. Lets see what day was it last... Friday. Ah yes, of course. So I met up with Jacquie at the station, got some money out, taught her how to use an ATM (/facepalm), checked the mail (for TFN) and went up to the Optus store. Much as I suspected they had none of my model in stock, as no one did, and I gave him my details so he could contact me when they did.

Trystan Aid happened. That was a pretty fun night. Lots of people, plenty of music, plenty of drinking. Don't remember too much more than Cassie going nuts with the stamp, and some others with a marker. Raised some quality money and had a good time, everybody wins. Got back to Dad's at about 3; having to stop along the way so Trystan could get booze and Rach could throw up out the car door. Fun. We watched some TV/DVDs, and I eventually got to sleep at about 7am with me and Jacquie crammed into my old bed that I didn't fit into on my own. We were awoken at some relatively obscene hour to give our Maccas orders, and then again when they came back with said Maccas. I gave up and went out to the loungeroom to watch TV with the others while Jacquie got some more sleep.

I don't really recall too much more interesting things... oh Cataclysm was announced, and Dom, Trystan and I spent a great deal of time going over the announcements and discussing them. Got back home at 4:15ish, I had a shower and got ready for my first shift. Jacquie caught the bus at 5, and I walked over to work, rather early. Ran into Monty on the way. It was fine, rather busy but I expected that given the shift.

Don't remember Sunday... Worked on Monday. Went over to the new house after that. Tuesday went to see Jacquie, my headphones died on the way up so I bought some awful $2 replacements at some outlet sale. Oh well, they were $2 and I'll get new ones with my phone. They'll do for now. Also a new leather belt for $5... possibly $4. Worked yesterday, then went over to Cassie's to help move in some furniture that Matt's parents had brought up. Lily is talking to me again after deciding not to for a while. I taught her to say "I want my elephant!", which she is apparently still repeating. My proudest achievement in life so far.

Today Cassie took me into the TCU so I could get my details verified for work, so hopefully now I can get paid. Of course I still don't have my TFN after over 3 weeks now. Oh well, got everything else sorted I think, so that can wait a little bit. If I don't get it this week though... gonna be mighty pissed. Cause if there's one thing that they're bound to be worse at than supplying me with a number, it's fixing a problem on their end. *Sigh*

Well at least that's done. Also, Chris is apparently FINALLY getting his new car on monday and will likely be coming up on the tuesday to show off his shiny. Gotta work early tomorrow... 9-12. Thankfully I finish so early by my standards that I can come home and go back to sleep. Huzzah.

So there we have an update. Thus fixing the problem once and for all. *Shakes fist* Once and for all!

Excuse me, do you have the time? Because I've got the energy.

I was awoken this morning when [info]lady_lust called me to do some stuff online for her. In between the two phone calls with her, the home phone rang. Just twice... then stopped. I assumed someone else had answered it. Then it rang again, a few times, so I figured I should answer it. Turns out it was Video Ezy and I got the job. I start tomorrow, working 5:30-8:30 for some initial training and familiarisation. Then on Monday from 12-3 for some more in-depth initiation such as the computer system, Wednesday 12-3 and Friday 9-12.

I shall pop into the Springwood Optus store to see if they have iPhones when I meet Jacquie up the street today. Then apparently heading over to dad's for tequila, then somehow up to Trystan Aid in Katoomba. Awesome.

Do you .com here often?

Excuse me, is that dress felt? Would you like it to be?

[info]jnr90
Yesterday started when my alarm went off at 8:45. It then resumed 15 minutes when I woke up, saw ":00" on the end of the clock and went "Oh crap! My train leaves in 7 minutes!". After closer inspection, my train left in 1 hour and 7 minutes. I got ready, walked up the street, waited 5 minutes for the guy in front of me to get money out of ATM (the same guy I could see getting money out as I walked up the street, several minutes away). I waited on the station, as one does, and I'm pretty sure I saw Glen *shudder*

The train ride was boring, but I was half asleep anyway. As I waited at Strathfield for my connecting train a woman with a baby in a pram sat next to me, she faced the pram towards the seat and applied the brakes. They did nothing. The child, who was also kicking, kept rolling away towards the tracks before being grabbed by the mother. Not wanting to be the one to go after it, I placed my foot behind the wheel. With 2 minutes until the train everyone around me suddenly stood up at the same time, including the mother, and walked off. My first thought was "Fuck! Zombies!", then followed by "I should take out my headphones and see what just happened". Apparently they changed the platform of my train at the very last minute. So I rushed over to the new platform and made the train. The rest of the trip was uneventful.

Met Jacquie at Uni as usual, and spent the afternoon passing the time in whatever way we could fathom - most of which was spent in a book store. In said bookstore I rediscovered the wonderful little publication that is "The World's Stupidest Chat-Up Lines" (from which the title of this post is extracted), and purchased it, along with "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" for [info]cassie_lee for $10. I then spent most of my day reading lines from the book, probably far too loud in a reasonably busy book store.

I also stopped into the Optus store and enquired about up-front payment policies on iPhone plans. Apparently it's all or nothing. I can pay the full sum of the monthly payments (which would be $312 for my desired phone), or none at all and pay them monthly with my plan. Doing so also induces no form of discount. Jerks. I fought with the idea of buying one then, but decided against it much to my own disappointment, and concluded the following;
- I wait until the end of the week, as I should hear whether I got the job or not.
- If I get the job, I'll buy the phone.
- If I don't get the job, I'll reconsider BUT I do need a new phone, and buying one would also give me motivation to seek out a new job.
- If I don't hear from them then I'll reconsider and decide between extending the waiting period or the above.

Eventually went home, having to sprint to my train at Strathfield and being blocked by a million slow walking bastards. At least I managed to get a seat this time, unlike usual when I have to wait till at least Penrith. I spent the next few hours incredibly bored, before realising that I was wrong in my assumption that there was WoW maintenance. That's why you shouldn't make assumptions, it makes an ass out you u and mumptions. Coincidently, I'm contemplating making a character called 'Mumptions'.

Today was rather uneventful. It started with the doorbell ringing, and me going out in very little but a dressing gown to sign for a package.

"Hey, darling, let me slay you with my love sword."

So after a reasonably quiet day yesterday, I attempted to go to sleep. I failed. So instead I started looking into unlocking Jarrah's iPhone for her. This ended up taking a couple hours (mainly due to having to wait for large downloads, which often turned out to be the incorrect file). But in the end I was successful and jailbroke the iPhone. I eventually got to sleep after that, by about 7am.

I was therefore not all that prepared for [info]cassie_lee to show up at some time between 10 and 11 this morning and wake me up to show me her new DVDs. On the plus side, the day only got considerably better from there; first of all finally managed to resolve the issue my computer has been having with connecting to the hotmail servers. So now I have MSN back. Secondly I tested the iPhone with my SIM and it worked perfectly. Thirdly my new laptop power supply arrived. And finally I got the trinket I've been farming 3-5 times a day in N ToC for a week on Airianna.

Other than that, not much going on. I am muchos hungry and rather tired, but had a pretty good day. This could prove to be a pretty good week for me. Probably going to go see Jacquie tomorrow, should hear back from Video Ezy and will hopefully get the job, and if that's the case I can buy my iPhone (which is now back in stock), and finally Trystan Aid is on Friday. So here's hoping that everything works out, cause it's about time some good stuff started happening round here.

Love and peace.

The Unthinkable
Underworld
[info]jnr90
So after not being able to sleep I was woken a billion times in the morning - I woke up when people were doing stuff at about 7:30, I woke up again when Cassie messaged me at 8:30, I woke up for no reason a few times between 9 and 10, I then woke myself up to call Jacquie (to wake her up) then when I finally got back to sleep I was woken up by a call from Video Ezy asking me to come to an interview tomorrow (Sat) at 10:45.

I watched some Foster's until, after she missed 2 trains, Jacquie finally came up. Did not much for a few hours, watched some more Foster's, then we were picked up and went to Penrith to see 'District 9' with [info]cassie_lee[info]moppus[info]designkai, Mitchell and [info]miwwiw. Oh my god, these chocodiles, these chocodiles, oh my god. It was awesome. It was very intense and violent and gorey, but it was also really well done and so original and as alien movies go it seemed much more plausible. The characters seemed very real and you could relate to them, care about them. There was the right balance of emotion and super-awesome explosions and violence and gore, and believe me there was plenty of it. It was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to all - just be warned those of you that are a bit squeemish.

After that we went home, watched some more Foster's (damn it's awesome) and I attempted to have a reasonably early night so I could get up for my interview. Didn't really happen...

Got up at 9 and got ready, Jacquie came up the street with me. Had to wait in the store for about 20mins (though I was 10mins early). I believe it went really well. They were very nice people, very understanding and relatable. We seemed to get on well enough, and they said they were pleased with at least some of my responses and such. I'm reasonably confident I'll get it, but I suppose I don't know how many were trying out/how many spots there are available. Should be hearing from them during the week.

So we walked home, had some lunch, did some stuff (inc. more Foster's =P) until it was time for Jacquie to go. Walked her up the station, then back, attempted to go through my daily internet round and kept falling asleep during them. I'd open up something and go to do something, then I'd wake up 5-10mins later and find that I'd never done it. This continued for quite some time, I even attempted to log into WoW (apparently) which ended up taking about half an hour. I then promptly fell asleep for real and slept for about 3 hours I think.

MSN/Hotmail is broken for me it seems, my computer just can't connect to the server in any form and it's really quite annoying. Also my MacBook's power supply died this week, should be getting a new one in the mail shortly (hopefully tomorrow (Mon)), as well as Trystan's stuff that I ordered for him from LICD, and my TFN would also be good. I spent most of the night on WoW, got Airianna some shiny new gear, and then watched some Foster's as I went to sleep. Thankfully I was still muchos tired and didn't take too long like I feared. Also I still slept forever (as I only woke up half an hour ago). So there we have it, now time to get up and find food methinks...

Nothings happening, it's over, a lot of people in the audience look pissed.

WoW Update
Serenity
[info]jnr90
Since we're catching up, may as well catch up with WoW.

As it stands;
Jassanta - Armory - 4/5 T8 Boomkin, almost as good Resto gear, all but cleared Uld10 (inc. hard modes), plus we killed all current available bosses in the new raid.
Nikias - Armory - Level 80, tanking 10Uld, better geared than a lot of the guild's mains.
Airianna - Armory - Also level 80 now, gear is getting there. Enjoying Disc heals as a nice chance from Resto.
Firesun - Armory - Still haven't leveled her really, sitting on 72...
Chaise - Armory - Still just sitting on 61, Fink and Lion are slowly leveling alts so I'll join them when they catch up.
Saree - Armory - Starting playing him again after what must be years... Leveled up to 33, using the Mail heirloom shoulders so I can also use them on my hunter and...
Eilam - Armory - Started a new alt to play in the small pockets of free time I've had scattered around, since I haven't been raiding the last couple weeks. Just finished Draenei starting zone (for like the 4th time), so giving it a small rest at the moment.

I'd say that's about it... JBI is still running, had some attendance issues of late (nothing new there) but we're going good. Still got that core group of raiders that make it fun to play in. Methinks I shall get some sleep now...

[info]jnr90
So with the potentially renewed interest in LJ, I decided to update the image a bit. A new theme, some new avatars and some slight tweaking of the old ones. Nothing much, but it looks a bit shinier now. Truth be told it was all just because I'm immensely bored, as is any work I ever do.

Speaking of work, there's something of note I should mention that has occurred. Freak Street has returned, now with[info]miwwiw on board. After many years of production, we've finally picked up the pace and got some solid work done. We're almost ready for full production, with a great deal of storyline developed, character designs well under way and other such schemes. With Trystan coming in to draw, this gives [info]designkai  a lot more time to ink and maintain the web side of things, which should mean a greater rate of production and a more stable/substantial web presence.

Unfortunately we have met with delays recently due mainly to the fact that [info]cassie_lee /[info]miwwiw /[info]lady_lust  were victims of a slight case of burnt down house. La Maison Bleu is no more, or rather it is, but it's La Maison Noir. Thankfully no one was too seriously hurt, the only injuries being burns on Trystan's hand and leg (hence FS delays). Also thankfully, and rather amazingly, many of Trystan's sketches and character designs survived, and more spectacular still is that apparently all of my original scripts were in the house for some unknown reason and survived perfectly. Very confusing, but still relieving. And what a foundation for a comic! To quote Dom; "Moral of this story? If paper versions of Freak Street can survive fire, we are bound to be able to survive the critical public. Don't question that logic, its flawless."

So there we have it, an actual post. While La Maison Bleu will be sorely missed, we have the scores of fantastic memories of shenanigans, schemes and exploits that were undertaken in that wonderful house that was made of 120% wood. Even more so these memories will be sure to live on in all future shenanigans, and in the pages of Freak Street. Finally, it shall be honored at Trystan Aid.

RIP La Maison Bleu.

Well then...
Vincent

It sure has been a while (30 weeks apparently). Again. I don't know why I'm posting again, I'll most likely just abandon it once again like I always do whenever I do this. But The main reason for doing so is inspired by Dom ([info]designkai ); he recently started an LJ "to create a blog filled with all my useless bull shit for the main purpose of having a record of all the interesting things that happen in my little world". And I realised that some of my most interesting and fun times have occurred this year - the year in which I have posted all of 3 times.

I'm not going to bother backtracking like I often do, it's not worth my time and I'll never remember half the things. I will however attempt to post more frequently from now on (not that it'll be hard to top 3 posts in 8 months). We'll see...

No idea why I'm posing this now, I didn't post it last night because I was ridiculously tired, but I'm almost as tired tonight as I was then. Oh well. So I spent 2 nights at Kieralie's in Woy Woy. After my last post I walked over to Cassie's, where Matt was, cooled down there awhile, Cassie and Kristi turned up, Matt took me over to Mum's and then to the station. Met Fatman on the station and enjoyed an uneventful, and thankfully air-conditioned 2.5 hour train ride up to Woy Woy.

The 3 days there were enjoyable enough, and most importantly provided me with some quality Jacquie time. I sustained several eye injuries, mostly food related, we went to the park at some late hour, there were ducks, and there was sleeping. There was some interesting and failed attempts at food preparation (such as cooking a cake at 110˚hotter temperature than required), some drinking, and probably some other stuff that my brain is too tired to recall. The important thing is that a good time was had. After 2 days of staying in bed many hours later than the others, not getting up until after 5pm on Friday, we eventually, and regretfully, went home via the train. I got into Springwood at 8:30 where I was picked up by Trystan and Cassie, taken the Maccas, and then dropped home. I acquired the new Scrubs episodes, had a much needed shower (as I was covered in a lovely combination of bodily fluids - primarily including but not limited to a decent quantity of sweat - alcoholic beverages and food stuffs) and waited to be picked up by Trystan to watch Scrubs. He never came. I eventually decided to pass out, as I was most tired, so I put Scrubs on and watched those with the intention of sleeping afterwards. Just as the 2nd episode finished, Jacquie woke up and came online. So I didn't sleep for a while after that. I also removed the battery from the Dora clock as it was too fucking loud to tolerate.

I slept decently, but not without waking several times, until about about 1ish. I played some WoW with Chris before I showered and breakfasted, found out my family wasn't coming home until tomorrow, and then played some more WoW. I talked to Jacquie until Dom and Aimee came round at about 6:40, and Brunker picked us up around 7. We headed down to Horse's for some fun, drinking and Dora (which Trystan drove all the way out to give us). I got a message from Dad which simply said "F". I hitched a ride home with Keppy, figuring if I stayed the night then I may never leave. Found Matt here when I got here, gave him Scrubs and came to bed. Matt has now gone. And here I am. Alone again.

Return of the epic train trip

[info]jnr90
About to walk over to Cassie's, via the shops for some Samedi since I got no sleep last night, and from there to the station. Heading up to Kieralie's for a few days to be with Jacquie, meant bailing on Pudgy's party but I'm not too bothered by that, more bothered by the several people who were hoping I was going, but matters not. It is a billion degrees, and if there's one good thing about the trains it's that they're nice and cool. =D

In other news, I got an early offer to my Uni course - take that chumps who did work! So now I've deferred and am officially a Uni student... next year. =P

Catching Up
Harry McPotter
[info]jnr90
So as usual it's the actual events that I don't bother posting about, at least this time I have come back to write about them before it's been a million years. So a fair bit has happened since the 17th when I last posted, I got my UAI, had my birthday party, Cassie/Tat/Trystan moved, I got my own room, I got a girlfriend, Christmas happened, went to Blink, went to the city for New Years, spent a million hours on public transport, was fined $200 and god knows what else.

Now in more detail.
UAI - Got oh... I have actually forgotten. 67.55 I think. With my bonus points it's enough to get into my course (unless the entry level goes up by a few points), but I received an email from UWS informing me that I will be eligible for early offers once they occur, so that's a pretty good sign.

18th - So after ages of planning, the spending of many hundreds of dollars and the organising of several humans, my 18th birthday party finally came to fruition. And what a merry affair it was! We gave Dom a giant, bright orange mohawk, Trystan got buffaloed on his first 2 drinks, we torpedoed a ridiculous amount of drinks, played Goon of Fortune, played some Guitar Hero, made a pretty small amount of mess, only 3 people vomited and none were anywhere bad, and I spent the night with Jacquie. I could go into far greater detail, but I have a lot to get through in this post and my memory of the night isn't 100%. The day after was interesting, Jacquie and I spent half of it trying to get some sleep while other people annoyed us, people that left kept coming back (Brunker came back twice), we watched some TV and movies, we all went to my mum's for some cake, the Hornsby girls went home, we watched some more TV, couple other people went home. Dom still didn't go home, Jay left in the morning, and that brings us to...

Cassie/Tat/Trystan moving - Dom and I spent some of the day cleaning, Aimee came back (again), then we helped Cassie move stuff to the new house. I would then proceed to essentially live there for the next few days. At some point I had spent more time there than anyone who lived there. The house is made of cupboards - the walls are made of cupboards, the furniture is made of cupboards, and the cupboards are made of cupboards.

My room - Technically this came later as really Cassie still has stuff in there, but it fits in with the last note. I have my own room now, though the bolts for the bed have gone missing so my room currently consists of a see-saw bed and a dora clock.

Jacquie - We are officially going out. =)

Christmas - Spent a standard day in Lithgow, had a big lunch and Chris and I escaped back home when Cassie and Matt left.

Boxing Day - Walked home from Cassie's in the morning, went over to mum's, had another large lunch with the other half of the family. Bummed around at home for a while before walking up to Cassie's and then heading down to Chris', picking up a Brunker on the way, and then going to Blink. Had an awesome time, it is all that Chris has been claiming. The next few days... I don't really remember.

New Years - The original plan had been for Jacquie to come to my place on the Tuesday, spend the night, and then head down to Tarn and Rachael's for New Years celebrations. However, thanks to her mother who 1) didn't want her catching the train alone 2) didn't want her staying the night at my house without girls there 3) didn't want her going to Campbelltown at all and 4) didn't want her being driven by people she didn't know, it turned out quite differently. Instead we went to the city with Jacquie's friends (yes that's right, she's allowed to go to the city on new years eve but not to a small gathering of friends in a house in Campbelltown EVER). Had a nice time, if long and mildly painful on the hard ground, and went back to Kieralie's in Woy Woy afterwards. Didn't leave until 5pm, caught the train back, got delayed at Epping for half an hour because of a "Gas leak" at Eastwood, and didn't get home until about 8:30.

The 2nd/3rd - Caught the 1pm train to Central where I met up with Velia and caught the train up to Woy Woy, got fined $200 as I had a concession ticket and didn't have my Student ID on me, Jacquie and Janine got on at Hornsby, we went shopping for food and booze and then back to Hayley's. An evening of crazy shenanigans ensued (often involving a drunk moleman in a humpy mood). We made Tacos, watched some TV, drank a reasonable amount and some people got a little crazy with some permanent marker. Lauren and Aaron stole Moleman and Janine's room, so they stole ours, so Jacquie and I slept on the floor of Hayley's parents room (they weren't there, but it was still weird). We didn't get much sleep that night, though it saddens me to say it was largely due to how loud Moleman and Janine were... it was pretty much just loud talking, but Moleman also felt it necessary to moan and yell out my name. The next morning Jacquie and I stayed in bed several hours after everyone else, finally got up when the desire for pancakes became too strong (they were disappointing) and spent the rest of the day playing Wii, mocking others playing Wii and some other stuff too I'm sure. We eventually left at 5 (I think... may have been 6), walked up to the bus stop, waited about 10 minutes before Hayley realised that she'd looked at the weekday timetable, called a taxi and got the train station with about 5 minutes to spare. On the train I got some interesting messages from an unknown human that went as such;

Them - "Hey, ah, just wondering who are you?"
Me - "Well who the deuce are you?"
"Well you tell me who you are and i'll tell you!"
"No you tell me first, you started it."
"Do you want to fight me? Cause i'll totally win. I'm mad strong and shit."
"You don't even know who I am, how are you going to fight me?"
"Well the next person who attacks you, that's me."
"Fantastic, at least we'll know who each other are. Where did you get my number from if you don't know who I am?"
"I found it in my phone book under ? Convenient i know."
"Well fair enough, but I have no record of your number and have no idea where you would have got mine"
"That's because you don't know who i am! And i don't know who you are. Your not that fun though."
"Well sorry I don't get frisky with strangers. And maybe I'd know who you are if you told me."
"What 'frisky'? You tell me first!"
"I'm not starting this again. I really don't care. I'll leave you to your confusion."
"Fair enough."

No idea. Got home at about 9, had some dinner and talked to humans until I passed out. And here we are. Chris called me this morning and asked me to send Blizzard an angry email for him, and I failed to find my concession card so I payed my train fine. I was going to mow the lawn today, but it looks too hot, so all that's left is to search for the bolts for my bed. No plans for the week, other than a party at Pudgy's which I am apparently going to. The important thing is that I finally posted something about quite an epic period of time. Now to hope that the epic can continue...

So as I predicted I was woken up by several humans asking me how I went in the HSC, to which I replied "I don't know, I'm sleeping aren't I?"
So after being woken too many times I gave up and checked my results. I'm happy enough with them, it's not really the results I care about. If anything it's the UAI... but then not all that much.

So since schoolies I've been bumming around mostly, having no clue where my days have gotten to. Some few events that I recall are Tat and I taking a walk to the park for a swing (in the rain), being woken up every single time I tried to sleep either by phone calls, messages or real life humans... and that is all. Other than that 1 entire which I remember when I went to work with Cassie. 6AM rise, some movie editing and the majority being jumped on by small children, some which took a real liking to me, and more that took a liking to Dora.

Last night was Horse's 18th (well his party, as his birthday is the same day as mine). It was a decent affair, but kind of weird since Aimee was there. The fact that she doesn't know any of this stuff made it weirder, since instead of just being awkward for everyone, it was just weird and awkward for me since I had no idea what I was doing. There were some drunken sword fights (it was pirate themed) and some strobe light/eye patch shenanigans. I got smashed in the knee when the broom broke (being used as a piñata stick). I stabbed Dom in the throat since I had no depth perception. Some other stuff I'm sure...

Had to break into the house when I got home as I'd forgotten my keys - also my wallet, but I remembered the dugong, and that's what matters. Then Dom and I watched the end of Borat, then watched a movie called Rock Monster. The name caught our eye. It was apparently from 2008 and already on TV, not a good sign. It lived up to our expectations, it was made of ridiculous. We repeatedly, accidently predicted the movie's events with our jokes. It was kind of scary.

We went to Penrith today for Christmas shopping. I spent more on me than anyone. Dom found somethings, I found somethings for myself... which I may give to others. We also ran into everyone ever including Laura, Anthony, Westy and Bond, then back in Springwood I ran into Kelly and Max. Not Steph though, who was apparently in Penrith too. Shame.

Well that about does me... spending this week organising the party. Hopefully I remember everything, and everyone. Peace.

Oh you know... stuff

Why is it that whenever I actually do things worth writing about that I never do write about them?
Melbourne, WotLK at Chris' for a week, the formal, all these things! Ah well, I may come back to these at a later date, but the real important event right now is Schoolies. For which I will be leaving for within... oh lets say... half an hour. I shan't have internet up there, but I will be writing about each day as best i can before I pass out... or I may just pass out. We'll have to see. Dom and I however will be making good use of cameras as we wish to document it as best we can, cause if our cameras can't remember it - who can?

So I promise, more to myself than anyone else, that I shall put up a lovely post of epic proportions upon my return, whether pre-written or not. Until then, I shall have an awesome time and try to pick up chicks with a dugong. =)

Love and peace.

So yesterday was mildly interesting. Started with me waking at 7:20ish (by far the earliest I've gotten up in quite a few weeks - I say 'gotten up' as Lachlan seems to make it his duty to make as much noise as possible in the mornings), and getting a lift with Dad as he went to work so he could drop me off at Cassie's work. I hung out there, chuckled at the crazy things midgets do and waited for Cassie to finish at 10. At about 10:30 we left and made our way to Rooty Hill (on the way calling Matt which resulted only in something about having to "gatorade the tree"). Arrived at the TCU, I filled in a form to have my internet banking password reset (still waiting for the email with my new password >.<) and Cassie applied for a Visa Debit card. We then claimed our juice and left.

We picked up some milk (and lunch for Cassie) for grandma and took it to her, only to find mum at home as well. So we all went and looked at a house. I managed to break in (twice) so we could have a better look. It's not as bad as it sounds, I opened the locked but broken gate as I tried to jump over it, and then pulled the cunning screw used to lock the screen door with a hole in it out so we could enter the enclosed deck at the back. The house wasn't too bad, it was nicely set out and sized... but a little dilapidated. Also no one will ever use the toilet that is out the back.

We then proceeded into Springwood where we went around to all the Real Estate Agents and picked up information on rentals. Then we saw real estate people we knew, got some information out of them and arranged to see another house later that afternoon. Then we bought my shirt for the formal from Monarch of the Glen, which is awesome and looks kind of like a pirate shirt. Then we went home and watched Harry Potter for some reason.

At 3:15 mum rocked up to take me and Lachlan to see this other house, and Cassie and Matt came too. The house was pretty decent. It's a "4 bedroom with rumpus room" but the rumpus room is pretty much 2-3 rooms in itself, so it's essentially a "5 bedroom with rumpus room". I'm pretty sure everyone liked it, except Grandma who I think based her entire opinion of it on the current contents of it (which clearly will be gone). It was pretty messy, I'll give her that, but it's not like the mess will come with it. I was able to see past the crap, and I liked what I saw for the most part. It had a big enough loungeroom, 2 bedrooms that were big enough for mum and grandma, 2 smaller bedrooms which would suit Lachlan fine (and myself I suppose), but if we did get that house I think I would claim the "bedroom" downstairs. However, the likelihood of us getting it is pretty slim. Another family has first preference on it, and the estate agent said it's a 99% chance they take it. But if it does fall through, we're next in line.

So there's really nothing else out there. At the moment it certainly seems as though we'll be taking ol' dilapidated. I didn't mind it, and the use of dilapidated is perhaps somewhat exaggerated. Not looking forward to mowing that lawn... Oh well. We shall see.

Been working through a checklist of things to do today, a checklist which is itself a check on an even greater checklist. I have to keep track of everything of late as I have far too much to do. Oh, I also talked to dad in full about having my 18th. I'm just waiting for his response. But he didn't seem too objective this time, last time he wasn't keen, so I hit him with all the supportive points I could think of and he seemed ok with it. Hopefully I'll get the yes I need. That way I can start organising things at Chris', where I shall be heading to this afternoon. Also, rather than just buying me a jacket, dad said he'd buy me a whole suit, which Chris and I shall be doing at some point while I'm there.

So I think that about does it for now. It's likely I shan't post again until I'm back from Chris'... and then there's the formal on tuesday... and then there's a party at Chris Burns' on wednesday... ok so about a week from now I shall post again. Peace.

What? You're not made of Tuesday!

So I have some busy times ahead of me. Quite busy indeed. So busy that I didn't continue this sentence for a good 10 minutes as I got distracted (twice) discussing some of the things that are making me busy.
Said things include:
- getting my bank account fixed (Cassie is taking me in on Wednesday)
- getting my stuff for the formal
- going to Chris' from Thursday 13th to Monday 17th
- Formal on the 18th
- Schoolies #1 from 29th of November to the 7th of December
- Schoolies #2 from the 8th to the 18th
- my 18th birthday on the 20th
- christmas (obviously)
- Blink on boxing day
Oh and in between all this (up to Schoolies) I have to pack and move, organise my 18th (and in fact get it confirmed) and some recovery from Schoolies would be nice. Should be in for a fun time.
